Description
Tasting Notes: Clean and crisp with a soft bitterness and notes of citrus, knäckebröd, rye and a hint of sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated. Overall, a very nice, well made Bohemian pilsner. This beer is generally among the best beers produced in Czech.
Food pairing: Shellfish, spicy chicken dishes.
